Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026 · Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the AI assistants, workflow automations, APIs, and digital platforms provided by amoskalets.com ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

This policy applies to all clients, registered users, and authorized team members accessing our services across web, chat, telephony, and API interfaces.

2. Permitted Commercial Use

Our platform is engineered exclusively for lawful commercial and operational workflows, including:

• Autonomous customer support and inquiry qualification within agreed business scopes;

• Workflow orchestration across verified business tools (e.g., CRMs, calendar systems, inventory databases);

• Document drafting, report synthesis, and operational dispatch under human supervision;

• Telephony receptionist services on official client-allocated phone numbers.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use or facilitate the use of our services to:

• Transmit unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing lures, or deceptive marketing communications;

• Engage in deceptive, impersonation, or predatory telemarketing practices;

• Generate, host, or distribute malware, spyware, malicious code, or cyber-reconnaissance payloads;

• Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, or proprietary rights of any third party;

• Interfere with, degrade, or bypass rate limits, safety fences, authentication systems, or operational security controls;

• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability scanning on production infrastructure without prior written authorization.

4. Prohibited and Sensitive Data Categories

Unless explicitly approved under a dedicated enterprise compliance addendum, clients are strictly prohibited from submitting the following data types to AI agent prompts, public widgets, or workflow variables:

• Unmasked primary account numbers (PAN), credit/debit card numbers, or CVVs (all payments must be routed exclusively via official Square checkout links);

• Protected health information, medical records, or biometrics;

• Government-issued identification numbers, passports, or national identity documents;

• Special-category personal data as defined under UK GDPR (Article 9), including political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or sexual orientation.

5. Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Governance

Clients deploying autonomous agents for public interactions or third-party API mutations must designate a human operator responsible for periodic oversight and safety review.

Workflows involving financial transactions, contractual commitments, external mass notifications, or irreversible system operations must implement human approval gates (HITL) before execution.

6. Credential Safety and Session Hygiene

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal accounts, API tokens, and webhook secrets.

You must notify us immediately at security@amoskalets.com upon detecting any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or unusual automation dispatch.

7. Monitoring, Enforcement and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to monitor system telemetry, API volume, error rates, and security audit logs to enforce this AUP and ensure platform availability.

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of client workspaces, revocation of API keys, and notification of relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Contact and Reporting Violations

To report suspected violations of this policy or submit a security inquiry, please contact:
