amoskalets.com provides autonomous AI business agents, conversational lead qualification tools, workflow automations, and custom API integration services (collectively, the "Services").

Services are delivered electronically via cloud-hosted web interfaces, private client portals, and secure API endpoints. Access credentials and onboarding materials are provisioned immediately or in accordance with the agreed pilot schedule.

Subscription Fees: Access to our AI agents is provided on recurring subscription plans (e.g., Starter at £129/month, Professional at £299/month, or custom Enterprise terms) denominated in British Pounds (GBP £).

Payment Processing: All payments, recurring card charges, and electronic transactions are securely processed by Square (Block, Inc. / Squareup International Ltd). We do not store or process complete credit/debit card numbers on our servers; payment information is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Taxes: All stated prices are in GBP (£) and exclude or include applicable VAT/taxes as disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Client Portal or by emailing contact@amoskalets.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Refunds: For managed pilots and initial onboarding, we offer a satisfaction review during the scoping period. Due to the digital nature of immediate AI compute and API allocations, standard monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, subject to statutory consumer rights under UK law.

You agree not to use our AI assistants or platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful purposes, including transmitting viruses, spamming, infringing intellectual property rights, or violating privacy regulations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or API keys.

Client Data: You retain all proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to any data, customer records, or content you submit to the AI agents.

Platform IP: All software, agent architectures, prompts, system designs, logos, and website materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of amoskalets.com.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream LLM provider outages, network latency, or third-party API changes.

Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to amoskalets.com during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
