FAQ

Questions about the AI receptionist, answered

Short answers to what trades and home-services businesses ask us before the first call. Everything below is also the wording we use when we reply to questions on our Google Business Profile. If your question is not here, ask it on a live demo call - the demo line is the product itself.

Do you work with businesses outside Northern Ireland?

Yes. We work remotely across the UK and Ireland. Our AI receptionist speaks English (UK) and setup is done online, usually within a few days.

How much does an AI receptionist cost?

Plans start at the Starter tier. You can begin with a free AI automation audit, so you only pay when you know exactly what you are getting.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. It answers naturally, understands what the caller wants, books the job and sends you the summary. You can hear it working right now - call the number on the site.

Do you replace my existing software?

No. We plug into what you already use (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, CRM) and automate the repetitive admin around it.

What happens on a call

The same flow every time, whether the caller rings at 9am or after hours:

  1. The receptionist answers the call and greets the caller in English (UK).
  2. It finds out what the job is: the caller’s name, the best number to ring back, the address or service area, and when someone can come out.
  3. If your calendar is connected, it can book the visit during the call instead of telling the caller to ring the office back.
  4. Every call is transcribed, classified and pushed to you as a lead notification, so the job details are waiting before you ring the caller back.

What it is not

  • It is not a replacement for the tools you already run - it sits around them and handles the repetitive admin.
  • It is not a phone menu: the caller talks to an assistant that listens and answers, not a list of keypad options.
  • It is not a script that only takes a message: the goal of every call is a booked job and a summary you can act on.

Example scenario: a plumber with a missed call

Example scenario. It describes how the setup works, not a result we claim for a real client.

A plumber is under a sink and cannot pick up. The receptionist answers, finds out the caller has a leaking boiler, takes the name, the mobile number, the address and a preferred time window, and offers a visit slot from the calendar. The call ends with a booked job and a lead notification in the inbox, so the plumber rings back already knowing what the job is and when he is due there.
