What an AI automation audit actually includes (and what it does not)

The free audit is a 30-minute call and an automation map. We look at how enquiries, bookings, paperwork and admin actually move through your business, then hand you a short list of what is worth automating first, in order of what it takes to build and what it saves. You do not pay for it and you do not have to buy anything afterwards.

Updated September 2026. It covers what happens on the call, what you get afterwards, and what the audit is not.

What happens in the 30 minutes

We ask how you work now. Which tools hold your customer records, where your enquiries land, who answers the phone, what happens when nobody can, and which jobs are consistently the ones you lose. We ask for numbers you already know, such as how many calls you get in a week and how many of them turn into work.

Then we walk through the handoffs. This is usually where the useful part is. A business rarely has one big problem. It has four small handoffs, and one of them leaks money every week.

You will not be asked to install anything, prepare a document, or share a login during the call.

What you get afterwards

A map of the opportunities we found, ranked. Each one names the task, the tools it touches, and whether it is a quick job or a project. Alongside it, a recommendation for what to do first, which is not always the phone line. For some businesses the first win is a reminder flow before appointments. For others it is removing a two-step data entry that happens forty times a week.

If nothing is worth automating, the honest answer is that nothing is worth automating. It happens.

What the audit is not

  • It is not a demo dressed up as a consultation. If you want to see the product, call [ +44 20 4577 1226 ](tel:+442045771226) and speak to the live agent instead. That takes two minutes.
  • It is not a fixed-price quote. Implementation work is quoted separately once we know the shape of the job.
  • It is not a sales commitment. There is no obligation to sign anything after the call, and no plan to cancel if you do.
  • It is not a guarantee of a result. Nobody can promise what an automation will do in your business before seeing your business.

How to prepare, if you want to

Nothing is required. It helps if you can answer three questions:

  • What do you sell, and what does a good customer look like?
  • Where do enquiries come in, and where do they go after that?
  • Which job do you wish you never had to do again?

That third one is often the whole audit.

What happens to what you tell us

The call is about your business processes, not your customer database, and you are not asked to hand over customer records. We work to UK GDPR requirements. Where a system holds personal data, PII masking and a human in the loop are part of how we build, and the DPA and the

subprocessor register

are on the site.

If you tell us something commercially sensitive, we do not publish it, and we do not use your business as a case study without your written permission. We have no case studies at the moment, so in practice that permission has never been needed.

Who the audit suits

Businesses in the UK and Ireland that are big enough to have admin and small enough that a person does all of it. Trades and home services, clinics and private practices, professional services, small online shops. The common thread is that the phone, the diary, the inbox and the paperwork compete for the same hours in the day.

If you are a two-person firm with no admin at all, an audit may be premature. Fixing your enquiry flow might be a better first conversation, and we will say so.

After the call

If you want to act on the map, the two plans on the site are

Starter at £129 a month

for one voice or chat assistant and up to five integrations, and Professional Suite at £299 a month for up to five assistants, unlimited workflows and a priority SLA. Onboarding is normally two to five working days. Implementation work is quoted separately, because it depends on what your systems will let us touch.

If you would rather build it yourself, the map still stands. It is yours either way.

FAQ

**Is the audit really free?**

Yes. 30 minutes, no payment, no card details.

**Do I need to prepare anything?**

No. Three questions in your head are plenty.

**Will you try to sell me a plan at the end?**

You will hear what the plans cost, because that is a fair thing to know. Then it is your decision. If you would rather have the map and no conversation about money, say so.

**What if my tools are unusual?**

Worth telling us. The stack on our side covers CRM, calendars, spreadsheets, document stores, accounting and messaging, and the integration list is public. Unusual systems usually mean a longer build, not a dead end.

**How do I book it?**

Use the audit form on amoskalets.com/ai-audit, or call the live line on +44 20 4577 1226 and ask the agent to book it.
